Managing Representative
We maintain the capacity to manage the entirety of an entity within the jurisdiction across industries (with a focus on financial institutions), including provision of a managing agent(s).
While holding one stock into its earnings report might be considered extremely risky, we believe that holding 10 top performing stocks into their earnings reports results in much lesser risk. Our history thus far shows that 6 to 8 of the 10 stocks in each portfolio outperform their benchmark index, which more than offsets the 2 to 4 that don’t.

Outsourcing Services
We can fill specific positions within an entity, inclusive of CEO, CFD Supervisory Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). Further, we can provide traders, research staff, accounting, IT support, administrative and back-office staff.
We do this in an attempt to take advantage of conditions that we believe will soon result in a price swing in the securities we purchase.

Levant Advisors can facilitate the provision of physical office presence to satisfy substance requirements, including provision of operational addresses and staffing locations for internal, external and regulatory audits.
